Photography Conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot prior to the start of the session.

The deposit reserves your time slot and prevents other bookings; therefore, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with the final images
  • change of mind after the session
  • subjective opinions regarding style, editing, colors, or composition

By booking a session, the client acknowledges and accepts the photographer’s artistic style and agrees that the service is performed accordingly.

3. Artistic Release

The client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • the photographer operates in a unique artistic style
  • editing, lighting, posing, and final image results are at the photographer’s sole artistic discretion
  • refunds, reshoots, or disputes based on personal preferences are not permitted

4. Copyright

All images are the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17).

The photographer retains full and exclusive rights to all images at all times.

5. Client Usage Rights

The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

The client may NOT:

  • sell the images
  • transfer them to third parties
  • use them for commercial purposes without written permission
  • edit, alter, or modify the images in any way

6. Unauthorized Use

The client is not permitted to publish, distribute, or use any images prior to delivery or without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

7. Retouching & Edits

All editing is performed in the photographer’s signature style.

Additional retouching:

  • is available upon request
  • requires advance payment
  • is subject to the photographer’s approval

8. Late Arrival

Clients are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

In case of delay:

  • session time will be reduced accordingly
  • delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation without refund
  • additional time may be subject to an extra fee

Clients are responsible for planning ahead for traffic, parking, and other delays

9. Force Majeure

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • weather conditions
  • location restrictions
  • actions of third parties

Rescheduling is offered at the photographer’s discretion only.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by applicable laws of the United States.

By booking a session, the client agrees that:

  • services are considered rendered once the photoshoot has taken place
  • dissatisfaction with artistic outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund

Any chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered will be formally disputed and treated as a breach of contract.
